Debit/Credit Card Payment
Payment can be made by most major credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club cards) and debit cards. You can pay by credit/debit card on delivery if you are the card holder and you have the card present. If there are any problems with receiving payment we'll let you know.
Payment by cash is also accepted in store or on delivery.
Payment by cheque is possible but goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. This is usually 6 to 8 working days after we lodge your cheque. Cheques are not accepted on delivery, no exceptions.
Payment by bank transfer is accepted. As is with payment by cheque, the goods will not be delivered until payment has cleared the banking process, this can take up to 3 working days.
At this time we do not offer an online payment option, this is for your safety and ours.
You can pay us over the phone by credit/debit card. We may require further information to ensure you are who you say you are. This is to help us protect you, and us from fraudulent activities.
We use Worldpay mobile payment card terminals for all credit/debit card payments. As these machines use GPRS & GSM mobile connectivity, a mobile phone signal is required to take payment. Not all locations have suitable mobile coverage, if we are delivering to such an area you need to inform us of this so as payment can be processed before delivery.
We do not retain credit/debit card details once payment has cleared.
We are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) version3.2 compliant.
